Pharmacy Technician | Ballston Spa, New York

A Pharmacy Technician role is available for an individual seeking to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order environment with a unique focus on filling and warehouse operations. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers an 8-week initial assignment with the potential for direct hire and career advancement into leadership within the filling department.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, four day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Rotating weekends

This position is best suited for candidates with a warehouse or retail background who thrive in a reliable, team-oriented environment and are eager to grow within the organization. Unlike traditional medical pharmacy roles, this position focuses on order processing and filling tasks in a mail order setting rather than direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process prescription orders within the mail order filling department

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of one year of pharmacy technician experience required
• Previous order entry experience preferred
