Retail Pharmacy Technician - Battle Creek, Michigan

This opportunity is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician with retail and prescription experience seeking a contract to direct hire role. Located in Battle Creek, MI, this position offers a dynamic retail pharmacy environment utilizing the Pioneer RX computer system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately filling prescriptions and assisting pharmacists with daily operations
• Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and answering patient inquiries
• Maintaining thorough and precise records within the Pioneer RX system

Schedule & Environment:

• Monday through Friday, 8.5-hour shifts with rotating start times at 7:30am, 8am, 9:30am, or 11:30am
• Pharmacy closes at 6pm on Fridays; weekends off initially with future scheduling changes possible
• Fast-paced retail setting requiring adaptability and teamwork

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must possess a valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail setting is required
• Familiarity with Pioneer RX system is highly desirable
