Outpatient Pharmacy Technician in Bensalem, PA

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician specializing in outpatient and retail pharmacy, perfect for professionals experienced in high-volume settings. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 1st shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 8.5-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Process prescription refills accurately and efficiently in a high-volume outpatient pharmacy
• Assist pharmacists in daily pharmacy functions, ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and standards
• Maintain inventory and ensure the correct labeling of medications
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Support the central fill pharmacy workflow and assist in coordination with outpatient retail operations

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a high-volume setting
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT/PTCB) is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription processing, and inventory management
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
