Outpatient Pharmacy Technician in Bensalem, PA

An experienced Certified Pharmacy Technician is needed for a hospital outpatient pharmacy setting in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity involves a 13+ week temp-to-hire assignment supporting hospital-based pharmacy operations. The role requires strong retail pharmacy experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:30 AM6:00 PM
Assignment Duration: 13+ weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations
• Accurately process and fill prescriptions
• Enter and update patient and prescription information in the system
• Support prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and medication preparation
• Deliver professional and courteous customer and patient service
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies and procedures

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT/PTCB) preferred
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Previous hospital or outpatient pharmacy experience is a significant advantage
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service focus
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Must be local to the Philadelphia area to ensure reliability and punctuality
