Inpatient Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician - Bensalem, PA

An established outpatient infusion pharmacy in Philadelphia is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician with specialized experience in both retail and infusion pharmacy. This role supports patients receiving complex, life-changing treatments through preparation of IV admixtures for conditions such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, infectious diseases, and dermatologic conditions.

Location:

• Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
• Onsite position for local candidates only

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8.5-hour shifts, with pharmacy operating hours from 6:30 am to 7 pm
• Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours depending on operational needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare IV admixtures for infusion therapies following strict protocols
• Support pharmacy operations to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and medication accuracy
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential or PTCB certification required
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Proven infusion pharmacy experience, including IV admixture preparation (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work Monday through Friday as scheduled
• Reside locally within the Philadelphia area
