Hospital Retail Pharmacy Technician in Bentonville, AR

This opportunity is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician experienced in both inpatient and retail settings, ready to contribute to a behavioral health environment. The position is based in Bentonville, AR, on a 13-week contract with daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Filling medication orders accurately.
• Delivering medications to medication rooms and managing inventory stock.
• Receiving daily warehouse orders, reconciling invoices, and processing recalls.
• Assisting with medication room audits and providing broad support to pharmacists.
• Supporting the implementation of Omnicell automation beginning July 20 (training provided).

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Current Arkansas pharmacy technician license.
• Certification through PTCB or NHA.
• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician in inpatient or retail pharmacy settings.
• Familiarity with Omnicell automation is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
• Ability to use HCS for order entry, with training available.
