A growing closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Foxborough is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join their evening shift team. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity for technicians looking to build their pharmacy career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Multiple openings are available, and the client is open to trainee technicians, state-licensed technicians, and nationally certified technicians.

Position Details
- Position Type: Direct Hire
- Shift: Evening Shift
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
- Weekend Rotation: Required
- Start Date: ASAP
- Setting: Closed-Door Long-Term Care Pharmacy
- Software: Frameworks (training available)
- Prescription Volume: Approximately 600 prescriptions daily
Responsibilities
- Prepare medications for dispensing using appropriate packaging methods such as blister packs and unit-dose packaging
- Assist with medication ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory management
- Monitor medication storage conditions and expiration dates
- Maintain accurate patient profiles and medication records
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure timely medication delivery to residents
Requirements
- Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license
- Open to trainee license holders
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
- PTCB certification preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation
- Trainee Technician: $19/hour
- State Licensed Technician: $22/hour
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB): $25/hour
- Performance-based bonus incentives available
