Retail Mail Order Pharmacy Technician in Brownsburg, IN

This opportunity is for experienced Pharmacy Technicians with a strong background in high-volume mail order or retail pharmacy settings. The role is based in Brownsburg, IN, supporting a specialty pharmacy environment. Candidates with reliability and a minimum of two years of current or very recent pharmacy technician experience are highly sought after.

Schedule & Contract Details:

• Monday through Friday, 2nd shift from 12:30 pm 9:00 pm
• Initial start on the day shift (8:00 am 5:00 pm), transitioning to the evening shift once evening pharmacists are in place
• Possible weekend shifts may be required
• Contract to hire, 26-week assignment with intent for direct hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and fill prescription orders in a high-volume mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Prepare medications for shipment, maintaining quality and accuracy
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and other pharmacy personnel
• Maintain detailed documentation and patient records

Qualifications & Experience:

• Indiana pharmacy technician license required
• Minimum of 2+ years of current or recent experience as a pharmacy technician
• Demonstrated expertise in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy environments
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy workflows preferred
