Mail Order Home Care Pharmacy Technician in Carmel, IN
This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician serving as a Program Success Coordinator in a closed-door mail order pharmacy environment. The position begins as full-time onsite work with a transition to a hybrid schedulethree days onsite and two days remote. The role requires strong communication skills to engage with high-level clients including employer groups, providers, account managers, pharmacists, and operational leadership.
Key responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships with a comprehensive understanding of business needs, maintaining consistent communication with internal pharmacy teams and account management, and acting as a liaison to resolve client issues promptly. The role focuses on ensuring efficient patient care delivery by collaborating closely with pharmacy and client teams.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (typical shifts 8:00 AM4:30 PM, 8:30 AM5:00 PM, or until 6:00 PM)
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Success Management or Customer Service
- Indiana pharmacy technician license
- Strong experience in specialty pharmacy and adjudication with coupons to offer enhanced client discounts
- Confident communicator capable of interacting with various organizational levels both internally and externally
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high motivation
- Highly organized and solution-focused
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy dispensing systems
Responsibilities:
- Maintain open, effective communication with pharmacy teams and account managers to keep stakeholders informed on any changes impacting patient care
- Manage day-to-day client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner
