A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician skilled in both retail and mail order pharmacy environments. This role offers a contract-to-hire arrangement with the intention for direct placement, providing a pathway to long-term career stability.

Location: Carmel, IN
Shift: Monday through Friday, 2nd shift (12:30 PM 9:00 PM) with the possibility of occasional weekends
Initial Schedule: Day shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) to begin, transitioning to evening shift as evening pharmacists are onboarded
Duration: 26 weeks

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately preparing and dispensing prescriptions in a high-volume mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Managing prescription orders efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborating closely with pharmacists and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintaining detailed records and supporting pharmacy workflow to meet organizational benchmarks

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent or current experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably within high-volume retail or mail order settings
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician License is mandatory
