Retail Pharmacy Technician | Chandler, Arizona

This role offers the opportunity to serve in a retail pharmacy setting with a focus on delivering excellent patient care and efficient pharmacy operations. You will work alongside a small, dedicated team to support prescription processing in a low-volume environment, allowing for a more personalized approach to patient interactions.

Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule:

• 1st Shift
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription data into the Pioneer Rx system
• Communicate with patients and physicians offices to clarify prescription details
• Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are reviewed and documented
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner following organizational policies
• Provide superior customer service focused on patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy technician experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
