About the Role:
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a full-time opportunity with a growing mail order pharmacy in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This second shift position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on accuracy, quality, and patient safety.
In this role, you will assist with sterile medication preparation and compounding while ensuring compliance with all USP standards and pharmacy regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician with sterile compounding experience who is looking to grow within a specialized pharmacy setting.

What Youll Do:
Prepare and compound sterile medications using aseptic technique
Maintain compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards
Accurately label, package, and document compounded preparations
Assist pharmacists with workflow coordination and order fulfillment
Maintain cleanroom procedures and support quality assurance initiatives
Ensure proper handling and storage of medications and supplies

What Youll Need:
Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License or registration (required)
Previous sterile compounding experience required
Knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 regulations preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
