This role is ideal for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with hands-on sterile compounding experience who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and supportive pharmacy team.

What Youll Do
As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will:

• Perform sterile compounding in accordance with established procedures and safety standards
• Prepare medications for accurate and timely mail-order fulfillment
• Follow USP guidelines and all pharmacy protocols to ensure compliance
• Maintain precision in labeling, packaging, and documentation
• Support pharmacists and team members in daily workflow operations
• Ensure compounding areas remain clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Adhere to all state, federal, and regulatory standards

What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• CPhT certification (required)
• Sterile compounding experience (required)
• Experience in a mail-order or compounding pharmacy (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
