Your Impact
In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering high-quality medications safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing sterile compounding in alignment with safety standards and pharmacy procedures
• Preparing medications for mail-order distribution with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Adhering to USP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and documentation
• Collaborating with pharmacists and team members to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintaining a clean and compliant compounding workspace
• Following all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations

What Were Looking For
Were seeking candidates who bring both technical skill and a strong sense of accountability:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license
• CPhT certification
• Proven sterile compounding experience
• Background in compounding or mail-order pharmacy is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM, MondayFriday)
