• Managing inbound provider calls via warm transfers while ensuring full context is understood prior to acceptance; note that patient calls are not currently included but may be added based on evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri.
• Certification through PTCB or NHA.
• Between 0 to 6 months of practical experience working as a pharmacy technician.
