Pharmacy Technician | Cicero, Illinois

A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a busy closed-door pharmacy environment. This contract position is based in Cicero, IL, and offers the chance to work in a variety of pharmacy areas, including the warehouse and prescription services, providing valuable hands-on experience.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications
• Perform prescription-related services (PRS) duties as needed
• Handle warehouse tasks and maintain inventory
• Adapt to working in multiple areas within the closed-door pharmacy setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification is a must
• Minimum of 2 years of solid pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Flexibility to work across different pharmacy departments
