A Specialty Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Labeling Specialist for a contract-to-hire position located in Kennett Square, PA. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring prescription and product labels are accurate, compliant, and properly applied, supporting the overall quality and safety of medication dispensation.

Responsibilities include preparing, printing, and applying various labels such as prescription, auxiliary, shipping, and batch identification labels. You will verify label information against production documents, inspect labels for accuracy and legibility, and prepare completed prescriptions for final pharmacist review. Additionally, you will assemble packaging materials, apply tamper-evident seals as required, and ensure finished products are packaged to maintain integrity during shipment. Reporting any labeling discrepancies or quality concerns promptly and assisting with label reconciliation will be key to success. Maintaining an organized, clean, and compliant labeling workstation is essential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory, packaging, or production environments preferred
• Experience with labeling, packaging, quality documentation, or inventory processes preferred
• Familiarity with compounding pharmacy operations and regulated production environments is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
