Retail Pharmacy Technician in Columbus, OH

This opportunity is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician with retail experience who is seeking a contract-to-hire role in a dynamic environment. Serving an average inbound prescription volume of 200-300 scripts per day, this position offers the chance to work alongside a skilled team of five technicians and two pharmacists within a busy retail pharmacy setting.

Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for direct hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process prescription orders using Prime RX software
• Assist pharmacists with daily operations to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage inbound prescription volume while maintaining high customer service standards
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality control
• Support inventory management and restocking processes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of one year of pharmacy technician experience
• Proven retail pharmacy background
• Ohio Pharmacy Technician license required
• Experience with Prime RX software is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
