Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions following specific pharmacy protocols, focusing on complex and higher-difficulty entries
• Accept inbound provider calls transferred through warm handoffs, ensuring proper call context is received before managing the inquiry
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as dictated by changing business needs

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Pennsylvania
• Certification through PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) or NHA (National Healthcareer Association)
• 0 to 6 months of experience working as a pharmacy technician

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
