IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Culver City, CA

An established home infusion and compounding pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with expertise in sterile compounding to join their growing team in Culver City, CA. Location: Culver City, CA

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday starting at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., or 10 a.m. (flexible start times required)
• Rotating weekends
• Hours of operation: 7 days/week, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding duties in a home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy setting
• Engage in patient and provider communication including follow-up calls, helping to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery
• Utilize a proprietary workflow system to manage daily tasks efficiently

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current CA Pharmacy Technician license required
• Experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy required; candidates with retail compounding experience are also encouraged to apply
• National Certification highly preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills with patients and healthcare providers is essential
• Candidates with only inpatient or hospital experience will not be considered, as this role demands a fast-paced environment and direct communication skills
