This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician position within an outpatient hospital setting. The role focuses on supporting pharmacy operations through accurate order entry and assisting customers efficiently. This contract assignment is based in Culver, IN, with a duration of 8 to 13 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter prescription orders accurately using Pioneer RX (experience preferred)
  • Ring up customers and provide excellent retail support
  • Maintain organized workflow while adhering to policies
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless service

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Every other Saturday rotation

Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous pharmacy technician experience, preferably in retail or outpatient settings
  • Familiarity with Pioneer RX software is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Environment:

  • Outpatient hospital pharmacy with direct patient interaction
