Responsibilities:

• Verify physician and prescriber licensure, credentials, and prescribing authority using approved state and federal databases.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical credentialing records, including pharmacy management and customer relationship management systems.

Qualifications:

• Hold a clear and active pharmacy technician license valid in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of one (1) year pharmacy technician experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience performing prescriber verification, including confirming prescriber licensure, credentials, DEA registration, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a pharmacy or healthcare environment.
