Inpatient Pharmacy Technician - De Pere, WI

Join a dynamic inpatient hospital pharmacy team in Richland Center, WI, supporting medication safety and effective pharmaceutical care. This is a 13-week contract opportunity for a skilled Pharmacy Technician comfortable working within an acute care environment.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
• 8 or 10-hour shifts available
• Every 4th weekend, Saturday shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock Pyxis machines and verify medication expirations
• Restock medications, IVs, and various pharmacy supplies
• Enter charges accurately and efficiently
• Manage ordering and receiving of drug shipments
• Monitor and record pharmacy storage temperatures
• Prepare sterile products including chemotherapy treatments
• Perform daily cleanroom cleaning and maintain a sterile environment
• Carry out additional assigned duties supporting pharmacy operations

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy settings
• Proficiency in sterile compounding, including chemotherapy prep
• Experience working with Pyxis automated dispensing systems
• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license
