IV Compounding Mail Order Pharmacy Technician in Dearborn, MI

A pharmacy technician position is available for a 13-week contract with the possibility of direct hire. This role operates in a mail order non-sterile compounding environment and offers a patient-facing opportunity within a pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to client calls and processing pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with shipping operations and maintaining inventory control.
• Collaborating closely with pharmacists and supporting on-site pharmacy activities.
• Serving as a Patient Services Representative (PSR), involving regular, positive interactions with patients to ensure an excellent experience.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous pharmacy technician experience, particularly in mail order or non-sterile compounding settings.
• Active Michigan pharmacy technician license.
• Strong communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Ability to create a positive, patient-focused environment and handle patient inquiries effectively.
