Pharmacy Technician in Debary, FL

A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy seeks a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician to manage daily pharmacy operations and support growth initiatives. This direct hire opportunity is based in DeBary, FL, with a consistent schedule of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative tasks including managing invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all pharmacy processes
• Foster effective communication and teamwork among staff
• Uphold professionalism and reliability in daily operations
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new duties
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting pharmacy growth

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous experience as a lead technician is required
• Compounding experience is preferred but not mandatory
