Lead Pharmacy Technician

DeBary, FL | Full-Time | Direct Hire

A growing specialty compounding pharmacy is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join its team! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity supporting a pharmacy specializing in Weight Loss and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).

Schedule:

MondayFriday
8:00 AM 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily pharmacy operations and administrative tasks
Manage invoices and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support workflow efficiency and help lead the pharmacy team
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure attention to detail
Communicate effectively with staff while fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications:

Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license
Previous Lead Pharmacy Technician experience required
Compounding experience preferred, but not required
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Professional, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing pharmacy
