Lead Pharmacy Technician Direct Hire Opportunity

A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a full-time Lead Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations and help lead the team. This direct hire position requires a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to the growth of the pharmacy.

Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative tasks including invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all pharmacy processes
• Provide leadership and foster teamwork among pharmacy staff
• Maintain professionalism and reliability while supporting a dynamic pharmacy environment
• Manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to support pharmacy growth initiatives
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician
• Compounding experience preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
• Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail
• Motivated and proactive attitude toward pharmacy operations and growth
