Per Diem Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Technician in Denver, CO

Support behavioral health pharmacy operations in a per diem capacity through the end of December, with opportunities for additional shifts into 2026. This role focuses on hospital inpatient pharmacy technician duties at a facility located in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately processing and preparing medications for inpatient behavioral health patients
• Utilizing brand and generic drug knowledge to assist in medication dispensing
• Learning order entry procedures with provided training
• Managing automated dispensing cabinets (OmniCell) with on-site training
• Collaborating with pharmacy and clinical staff to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy

Schedule Highlights:

• Nov 24, 25: 8am 4pm
• Dec 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21: 10am 2pm
• An additional week to be determined
• Open availability welcomed for future 2026 coverage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in a hospital or inpatient setting
• Proficiency or experience with OmniCell automation systems is a plus
• Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Strong knowledge of brand and generic medications
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO with no remote options currently
