Pharmacy Technician | Des Plaines, Illinois

This pharmacy technician role offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a busy closed-door pharmacy environment. The position is a 6-month contract assignment, providing a stable Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations
• Handle Prescription Refill Services (PRS) as needed
• Participate in warehouse duties and assist across all pharmacy areas
• Maintain accuracy in medication dispensing and inventory management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years solid pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Flexibility to work in various areas within a closed-door pharmacy setting
