A contract-to-hire opportunity is available for an entry-level Pharmacy Technician specializing in filling prescriptions within a long-term care (LTC) and mail order environment. This role is suited for candidates licensed as pharmacy technicians in Illinois who are looking to advance their experience in a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Location: Dixon, IL

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions in a long-term care and mail order pharmacy environment
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Assist pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations to support efficient workflow
• Perform tasks in accordance with Illinois pharmacy laws and procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois pharmacy technician license is required
• Experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably with long-term care or mail order prescriptions
