Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician - Elgin, IL

A 6-month contract to hire opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacy Technician with expertise in home infusion and solid pharmacy experience. This ongoing role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent workweek.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacy operations by assisting in various pharmacy areas
• Perform PRS duties as needed
• Work flexibly in the warehouse and other pharmacy departments
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in medication preparation and handling

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
• PTCB Certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of solid pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with home infusion practices is beneficial
• Flexibility to work across multiple pharmacy functions and areas
