Pharmacy Technician in Elgin, IL

A pharmacy technician role is available for a six-month assignment in Elgin, IL, with an expected Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This ongoing contract position offers the opportunity to apply your pharmacy technician skills in a versatile setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily pharmacy operations, including assisting pharmacists with prescription processing.
• Perform duties related to Prescription Refill Services (PRS) as needed.
• Flexibly work across multiple areas of the pharmacy, including warehouse tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with pharmacy protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.
• Must possess PTCB Certification.
• At least 2 years of solid pharmacy technician experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt and work in various parts of the pharmacy environment.
