A full-time Pharmacy Technician position is available for an 8-12 week contract in Omaha, NE. This role offers a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent work routine while supporting long-term care pharmacy operations.

Location:

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pack and fill medications for long-term care facilities
  • Perform data entry with attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers via phone to clarify prescriptions and patient needs

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Nebraska Pharmacy Technician License (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in long-term care pharmacy settings is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to start immediately
