Per Diem Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy Technician in Englewood, CO

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician supporting a Behavioral Health environment on a per diem basis through the end of December, with potential for ongoing coverage dates in 2026. The position is based locally in Englewood, CO, and involves working primarily day shifts with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately, ensuring knowledge of brand and generic drugs
• Perform order entry tasks with training provided
• Utilize Omnicell automation systems with training available
• Support inpatient hospital pharmacy operations within a behavioral health setting
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy protocols and regulations

Schedule:

• November 24, 25: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• December 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
• One additional week in December (to be determined)
• Open availability desired for additional coverage dates in 2026

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado pharmacy technician license is required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) mandatory
• Prior pharmacy technician experience in hospital or inpatient settings
• Familiarity with Omnicell automation is a plus, although training will be provided
• Strong understanding of brand and generic medications
• Local candidates only for this position
