Pharmacy Technician | Florissant, Missouri

This role is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician seeking to apply their skills in prescription processing within a structured healthcare setting. The focus is on handling complex prescription data entry and managing provider communications to ensure accurate medication dispensing and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions accurately, following established protocols with emphasis on complex and challenging entries.
• Handle inbound provider calls via warm transfers, ensuring proper context is understood prior to acceptance. Patient calls are not included at this time, but duties may evolve with business needs.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri.
• Certification from PTCB or NHA.
• 0 to 6 months experience working as a pharmacy technician, demonstrating foundational knowledge and eagerness to grow.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturdays
