Long Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy Technician in Freeport, IL

This opportunity is designed for a skilled Pharmacy Technician with experience in Long Term Care and Mail Order pharmacy environments. The position offers a contract-to-hire pathway, allowing you to demonstrate your capabilities and transition into a permanent role.

Location: Freeport, IL
Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently as an entry-level fill technician
• Supporting pharmacy operations within the Long Term Care and Mail Order environments
• Maintaining compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably with exposure to Long Term Care and Mail Order settings
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
