Location: Plano, TX (near Hwy 75 and Legacy)
Schedule:

• MondayFriday
• 8 AM5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently dispense and fill prescriptions with accuracy
• Perform data entry tasks related to prescription processing
• Answer patient phone calls promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
• Support prior authorization processes for medications
• Provide excellent customer service within a clinic-connected setting

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy (e.g., Walmart, CVS, Walgreens)
• Clear and active Texas Pharmacy Technician license
• National certification from PTCB or NHA required
• Strong empathy and understanding when working with a behavioral health population
• Spanish language skills are highly valued and considered a significant asset
