An established compounding pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician with expertise in mail order and sterile compounding. This contract-to-hire position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing pharmacy operation, with the potential for extended support beyond the initial 13-week term.

Location:

• Glendale, AZ (Phoenix area)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Saturday rotation: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications following established protocols
• Process mail-order prescriptions efficiently, ensuring timely and precise delivery
• Utilize pharmacy systems such as PK and LifeFile for order management and documentation
• Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all compounding activities
• Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate professionalism in daily operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• National pharmacy technician certification (required)
• Valid Arizona pharmacy technician license (required)
• 1-2 years of experience working in pharmacy technician roles focused on sterile compounding and mail-order prescriptions
• Proficiency with PK and LifeFile pharmacy software systems
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to consistent attendance
