Home Care Mail Order Pharmacy Technician - Greenwood, Indiana
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a closed-door mail order pharmacy operation as a Pharmacy Technician and Program Success Coordinator. The position focuses on delivering excellent client and patient care through strong communication, relationship management, and program coordination. This is a contract-to-hire position located in Greenwood, IN, with an initial full-time onsite schedule transitioning to a hybrid model.
Location: Greenwood, IN
Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (examples: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, or 8:00 AM 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with employer groups, account managers, pharmacy team members, providers, and leadership to ensure seamless patient care.
- Serve as a vital link between clients and internal departments, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor program success and communicate any changes that could affect patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacy and account management teams to sustain transparent communication channels.
- Utilize adjudication processes, including coupon management, to optimize client discounts and support specialty pharmacy services.
- Manage day-to-day client communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Apply dispensing system knowledge to support pharmacy operations effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in program success management, pharmacy technician roles, or related customer service roles in specialty or mail order pharmacy settings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Highly organized, motivated, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience adjudicating prescriptions with coupons to maximize client savings preferred.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration.
