IV Compounding Mail Order Pharmacy Technician in Grosse Ile, MI

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician position in a mail order, non-sterile compounding environment located in Grosse Ile, MI. The role is contract-based for 13 weeks with the potential to transition to a direct hire.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking client calls and filling prescription orders accurately
• Assisting with shipping and inventory control tasks
• Collaborating closely with on-site pharmacists
• Engaging regularly in patient-facing interactions to deliver a positive experience, similar to a Patient Service Representative role

The ideal candidate will have a warm and professional demeanor, able to maintain excellent communication during patient conversations to ensure satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Michigan pharmacy technician license
• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, particularly with mail order or non-sterile compounding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
