Retail Pharmacy Tech - Grove City, Ohio

A temporary-to-direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician in a busy retail environment. This 13-week assignment offers consistent daytime hours, providing an ideal setting to showcase your skills and potentially secure a direct hire position.

Located in Grove City, OH, the role involves supporting a pharmacy team consisting of 5 technicians and 2 pharmacists. The average inbound prescription volume ranges from 200 to 300 scripts per day, creating a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process prescription orders using the Prime RX system (experience with Prime RX is advantageous)
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing daily workflow
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail setting
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience
• Previous experience in retail pharmacy environments
• Valid Ohio Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Familiarity with Prime RX order entry system preferred

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
