Pharmacy Technician - Henderson, Nevada

A retail HIV/AIDS specialty pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support medication dispensing and processing operations. This full-time, contract role offers an opportunity to contribute in a specialized clinical setting that focuses on patient care through medication management.

Location: Henderson, NV
Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Process and fill low-volume prescriptions accurately
• Perform data entry and maintain pharmacy records
• Dispense medications in accordance with HIV/AIDS specialty requirements
• Support pharmacists with daily tasks to ensure smooth pharmacy operations

Desired Experience:

• Proven pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a retail or specialty pharmacy setting
• Experience or familiarity with dispensing medications for HIV/AIDS patients is highly preferredcandidates are encouraged to specify their experience in this area
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This contract position is set to start immediately and is expected to last 4-6 weeks, with the possibility of extension. Candidates who are reliable, precise, and motivated to work in a specialized pharmacy environment will thrive in this role.
