Mail Order Pharmacy Technician | Henderson, Nevada

Join a specialized retail pharmacy team focused on HIV/AIDS care, located in Henderson, NV. This full-time role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start and a 13-week initial assignment. The position is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician skilled in mail order Rx processing who thrives in a patient-centered environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform low-volume prescription processing with accuracy and attention to detail
• Enter data efficiently and ensure prescriptions are properly filled and dispensed
• Provide exceptional patient care and support, fostering strong communication with both patients and healthcare providers
• Demonstrate a reliable presence by being punctual and committed to the daily schedule
• Maintain a positive attitude that contributes to a collaborative and supportive work culture

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Nevada Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Experience in an HIV/AIDS dispensing environment is strongly preferred; please confirm your background in this area
• Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software is highly desirablecandidates with this experience will stand out
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient and provider communication
