A mail order compounding pharmacy located in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician with sterile compounding expertise to join their dynamic team. This role is well-suited for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has direct hands-on experience with sterile compounding.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding tasks following pharmacy procedures and safety standards
• Assist in preparing medications for mail order fulfillment
• Adhere to USP guidelines and established pharmacy protocols
• Ensure accuracy in labeling, packaging, and documentation processes
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy staff with daily operational workflow
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance in compounding areas
• Comply with all state, federal, and pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) designation required
• Proven sterile compounding experience
• Previous experience in mail order or compounding pharmacy preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to reliably work 2nd shift, Monday through Friday
• Professional demeanor and capacity to work effectively within a team environment
