Schedule/Hours:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Rotating Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process data entry for electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions following established protocols
• Manage inbound provider calls with proper warm transfer procedures, maintaining clear communication and call context
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as business needs dictate

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Pennsylvania
• Certification from PTCB or NHA is required
• 0-6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
