Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician in Itasca, IL

This role is for a Pharmacy Technician with a focus on home infusion and general pharmacy operations. It offers an ongoing contract-to-hire opportunity based in Itasca, IL. The assignment is scheduled for six months, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacy operations across various areas, including potential work in home infusion and warehouse settings
• Perform Pharmacy Related Services (PRS) duties as needed
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in filling prescriptions and managing inventory
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth and compliant workflow

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification is required
• Minimum of two years of solid pharmacy experience preferred
• Flexibility to work in different pharmacy sections, including warehouse support

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
