Outpatient Pharmacy Technician - Lansdale, PA

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician role based in Lansdale, PA, with a friendly transition to permanent employment. The position supports high-volume retail pharmacy operations and is ideal for candidates with solid outpatient hospital pharmacy and retail pharmacy technician experience.

Location: Lansdale, PA (Note: Another location in Lancaster, PA is also mentioned for consideration.)

Schedule:

• First shift, Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8.5 hours daily)
• No weekend or on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting
• Assist pharmacists with patient consultations and filling prescriptions
• Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Utilize pharmacy software systems to enter prescription data

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years pharmacy technician experience in retail and/or hospital outpatient settings
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certified
• Compliance with Pennsylvanias pharmacy technician registration requirements effective from June 28th
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
