Long Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy Technician - Lansdale, PA

A role is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support long-term care (LTC) and mail order pharmacy operations. This contract-to-hire position offers a chance to enhance your skills in a dynamic healthcare environment with a stable 2nd shift schedule.

Location: Lansdale, PA
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately filling prescriptions and preparing IV medications under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Collaborating with the Billing Supervisor to input data and facilitate reimbursement processes
• Assisting the Pharmacist with final prescription checks and coordinating proper packaging and timely delivery
• Supporting pharmacy inventory management, including receiving supplies, tracking lot numbers, expiration dates, and assisting with physical inventory audits

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous pharmacy technician experience required
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy is a strong plus
• Pennsylvania pharmacy technician license preferred but not mandatory
