A hospital outpatient pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a 13+ week temp-to-hire assignment in the Philadelphia, PA area. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support pharmacists in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the accurate preparation and dispensing of medications.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:30 AM6:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire, 13+ week assignment
Candidate Requirements: Local Philadelphia-area candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations
• Process and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Enter and update patient and prescription information in the system
• Support prescription fulfillment, medication preparation, and inventory management
• Deliver professional customer and patient service
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT/PTCB) certification preferred
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Previous hospital or outpatient pharmacy experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented approach
• Availability for the specified schedule MondayFriday, 9:30 AM6:00 PM
