An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to contribute to a busy pharmacy within a medical center setting. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured workweek. The initial contract duration is approximately 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

Location: Liberty, IN
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities include assisting the pharmacist with daily tasks, performing accurate data entry, filling prescriptions, and managing customer transactions at checkout. The pharmacy utilizes the New Leaf computer system, so familiarity or willingness to learn this software is essential.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and clear Indiana Pharmacy Technician license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy technician experience
  • Proficient in assisting pharmacists and handling prescription-related duties
  • Comfortable using computer systems for pharmacy operations
